Fiberboard makes up to 70% of the production costs and is the basic material for the stability of the flooring. It directly inference the flooring’s physical property and quality.what we do is produce with pure high density fiberboard. Wear-layer is the protection on the melamine color paper,it is wearing-off determines the abrasion class of the laminate flooring.Every plank reaches the EN13329 standard and pass the wear-off cycles for all levels AC1-AC5.
